A specialty soil sourced for use under instant turf, top dressing for lawns or seeding your yard. Our Turf Loam is a classic sandy loam soil which provides great drainage and structure for your lawn to grow. When working with lawn, one of the most important factors is the base, it’s this base which allows your turf to flourish. The results will speak for themselves.

Instant Lawn stocks a range of Sir Walter fertiliser products to keep your lawn looking and feeling as healthy as possible. Sir Walter Fertiliser comes in a 10kg bucket.

A 10kg bucket will cover 400-500m2. For best results fertilise your lawn at least three times a year, or at the start of each season.

What is ColourGuard ‘lawn paint’?

ColourGuard is a natural organic grass treatment product that strengthens and protects grass under extreme conditions and instantly restores the colour. ColourGuard is the best option to re-introduce a green pigment back into the natural grass blades. How long before we can walk on the lawn?

Once ColourGuard has dried on the grass leaf in most cases within 2 hours provided there is full sunlight that day.

What happens if it rains?

Once the application has set into your lawn it will not wash ColourGuard away or cause any unwanted affect.

Can I mow my lawn after ColourGuard application?

Yes. Providing you don’t set the mower to low and scalp your lawn. ColourGuard is permanent and will disappear as the grass leaf grows. Mowing through winter is only to remove and clean up leaves and debris from your lawn.

*Please note: The grass will need to be watered after the application is done. The excess green pigment that is on the leaf tissue is free to move due to friction. Watering the lawn is required 1 day after treatment for at least 20 minutes. The soles of shoes can be cleaned with a rag and soapy water.
